‘Avengers’ Deleted Scene

I’m sure it’s safe to assume whole world has already seen The Avengers, which means a SPOILER ALERT is pointless. And if you have not seen the highest grossing film of the year, then you missed out on one of the most enjoyable comic book movies of all time (and you’re lame).

In anticipation of the DVD/Blu-Ray release of The Avengers on September 25, a smashing deleted scene has made its way through the interwebs. There is no doubt viewers fell in love with Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk (or they just fell in love with him), and this clip provides some existential thought and depth to the gamma-radiated hero. The scene in which Hulk falls out of the S.H.I.E.L.D. flying aircraft carrier and plummets to the ground is extended with Harry Dean Stanton’s character, a security guard who witnessed the fall, asks Bruce Banner, “Are you a big guy that gets all little, or a little guy that sometimes blows up large?” It’s simple, but also an age old question regarding the duality of the character. The question pushed Banner toward the right direction, which was accepting who he is and riding a scooter back to Manhattan to help the rest of the Avengers.

  2. This is an impressive share, I’m just a colleague, career and judge. Let me repeat with more good work! I take the time to talk about this, I really feel very strongly like to read more on this topic. If feasible, when you become knowledge, do you mind updating your blog with a lot of other details? It is actually very helpful to me.
