The nominations for the 83rd annual Academy Awards were announced early this morning this morning in Beverly Hills…and now my day is already off to a rough start. The King’s Speech continues to gain momentum with audiences and voters in the Academy, garnering 12 nominations. True Grit received 10 nominations, and The Social Network and Inception earned eight nominations.
